  • A major seasonal check-in

The 10 Group Principles

  1. Commit to a path of inner transformation (The Way), no matter the noise of the world and externalised versions of ‘success’.

  2. Orient life toward the Transcendent over ego.

  3. Hierarchy is natural: Recognise degrees of being; honour what’s above in reverence not tyranny

  4. Ritualise the ordinary: Eat, work, rest, strive, and love as sacred acts.

  5. Root yourself in Tradition: Follow a living spiritual form, not personal invention.

  6. Discipline the body, purify the heart and mind: Strength and clarity serve the soul.

  7. Reject quantity worship: Measure life by quality, not accumulation.

  8. Guard the senses: Limit (toxic) media, noise, and distraction; preserve inner integrity.

  9. Life-giving > Life-taking: Align with what bears fruit, be conscious of that which does not

  10. Remember the Centre: Stay inwardly anchored, trust the Spirit within
